- ima sertifikate, ali nema ponudu

- radi mnogo, a odlučuje se malo.

Ovo nije problem kvaliteta rada.
Ovo je problem biznis strukture i jasnih vrednosti.

MOJ PRISTUP

U korporacijama se odluke ne donose zato što je neko dobar čovek. Donose se zato što je vrednost jasna, uloga definisana i rezultat razumljiv.

Isti princip važi i za solo biznis.

Moj posao je da tu logiku prevedem u tvoj kontekst,
bez gubljenja autentičnosti i bez pretvaranja u “lični brend” koji nije lični.

1. definisanje ponude i pozicioniranja

2. strukturu biznisa i model rada

4. donošenje odluka iz stabilnosti, ne iz haosa

Narednih 6 meseci
Digitalna podrška, mesečne konsultacije i follow-up.
Fokus je na konsolidaciji, rastu i dugoročnoj strategiji.
